The lads were hard at it this weekend covering 160km on the bike and putting in a good pool session with the kayaks. Thanks to Coral Leisure in Arklow we are able to hone essential skills needed to ensure that we can deal with any situation which may occur during our open water crossing of the irish sea.
Gearoid can be seen testing out our new bikes!!
